This ambitious project sees the creation of a limited edition honey & cherry sour ale. Made with fresh Morello Cherries and Thai Wildflower Honey.

We’ve balanced the tart fruity flavour of the cherries with the sweetness from the honey to gurantee a dangerously easy and deceptively light, refreshing sour.
